Carb Cap Definition
A relatively new invention developed in 2013, a Carb Cap allows for the use of dabs or small amounts of marijuana concentrate (such as a hash or cannabis oil) to be heated up at very low temperatures, producing a smoother, tastier, and more pleasant experience compared to more traditional methods of heating up cannabis concentrates. More conventional methods of heating up cannabis concentrates often resulted in unnecessarily high temperatures that put glassware at risk of breaking. Carb Caps create a chamber with restricted airflow to vapourize within and a small hole to help with suction. They can be made of ceramic, glass, or even titanium, but all function primarily the same way.
