Banana Kush Strain

Originating in the West Coast, Banana Kush is a legendary Indica dominant strain bred by Cali Kush. As it is a cross between its widely known OG Kush mother and Banana father, it tastes and smells like fresh bananas. Banana Kush contains some of the cerebral effects of a Sativa, including mood elevation and a powerful feeling of euphoria. However, it also comes with common minor side effects such as dry mouth and eyes, occasional dizziness, paranoia and headaches.

Banana Kush can be grown indoors or outdoors but is not recommended for first time growers as it can require a great deal of attention. Having a lower yield than other strains, it flowers around eight to nine weeks.

As it provides a potent Indica body high, which starts with laziness leading to complete sedation, this strain should be relegated to evening or night time use.
