I just got my first order. It took them 7 days to verify my account even though they had all documents. I was told 72 hours max. Not a huge deal though. Anyways, after that it got good. Less than 24 hours from order placed to delivered. Quality product and got it at an amazing price as per their commitment to always have a strain for $6 a gram. They do need better stock but I see they have just announced all Tweed customers will soon have access to 2 other producers that they acquired per one main website called Tweed Main Street. I hope selection increases and that the quick shipping continues. If so, will change this to 5 stars. For now 4 stars, first impression and I definitely dont agree with the other reviews. Pretty good ?

Canopy Growth shareholder openly admits to giving Tweed products to kids.I got emails from Tweed asking me to buy weed but I do not have a prescription and have never been their customer. It seems like a lot of people I talk to got these emails as well. They are now selling to users without prescriptions even though announcements are not made yet. I guess someone has insider Government knowledge. If not why would they have dozens of dispensaries open if the public did not like them as the Police and Government says. Seems more like a removal of competition with help from your high up friends in Government. How is the picture I added of a Tweed dispensary any different than the ones removed by police. Most dispensaries busted did not openly show products in the window for minors to see like this picture shows. Tweed is openly marketing to youth and children no matter how you spin this

Update April 6. One day shipping to Ottawa confirmed. I ordered some Lemon Skunk just yesterday and am now vaping some lovely lemon flavored cannabis. I didn't think cannabis could smell like lemon suckers but I swear that it does. Very relaxing. Quality product all the way. Keep up the great work. I hope they allow strain reviews soon.

I've been a member for a year. The process is easy. They have Penelope which is a great choice. They have lots of oil for baking. Not a major selection of dried herb but still fills my needs. I disagree with the other reviews. Variety is available and the only problem I have with tweed is calling in. I can't get a human. I wait on hold for over 15 minutes.

Another failed LP that 'could have been' great. Company can't keep product on shelf for more than a day or two. Waited around for over 2 months for new strains to become available, only to see them disappear in a day or two? Either they are growing very, very small batches or someone has a script for pounds of cannabis. How else can you explain product disappearing from shelf in a day or two?? What good are advertising DNA genetics strains when no one can purchase them because they sell out in a day. Pricing is way out of whack too, you can buy from non-licensed producers online for half the price that Tweed charges for equal or better product/more strain choices - The Green Rhino if anyone cares to check it out. Another LP that could have been great, now just pathetic. So sad, bad business model when you can't provide product on demand and pricing is out of whack with competition. Check out The Green Rhino in BC for far superior product, tons more strains, much much more competitive pricing and NEVER out of stock product. No reason to put up with Tweed's inferior customer service or product.

Do NOT sign up with TWEED! They are always out of supply. There is a mad rush to buy medicine when it finally comes in, and unless you are glued to your Tweed website every hour of every week day, you won't get any, as they sell out within hours. The THC content is laughable at best. Tried out their 29% and it's no better than their under 10% THC. Mid quality at best. Better to get from the street. Seriously. Also takes up to 2 weeks to get your order lately. UNacceptable Tweed. You suck.

I first started with Tweed over 2 years ago and at that time their customer service, selection and shipping times were great. Over the past 6 months things have taken a turn for the worse. As people mentioned, i believe they have taken on more customers than they can handle, and money not the customer has become their number 1 priority. My last several shipments have been several days late so i tried their purolator option since the guaranteed delivery date was next day. It took 3 days to get to me, the same time as Canada post which cost $4 instead of $40. Tweeds excuse was that it takes 1-3 days which contradicts what their site says and they would not refund the cost of the shipping even though their site guaranteed next day when i placed the order. My latest package is now several days late and hasn't had an update in several days. After speaking to a supervisor at Canada post who told me to get Tweed to file a trace on the package with their direct contact at Canada Post so we can see where it is, i was told its tweeds policy to wait 5 business days after the delivery date to contact Canada Post and will only do an internal investigation which is useless. This means i will be without medication for 2 weeks minimum and they expect me to pay for more product and another shipment until then. I used to recommend Tweed to everyone but they can no longer keep up with demand and they no longer care about what's best for their clients. If you have just received a new prescription, i recommend looking at other suppliers, i will be doing the same after being with Tweed for over 2 years. Unfortunately for me i just renewed my prescription and will be stuck with them for the next 4 months.

Dry Bud. Only 2 strains in stock most of the time. Customer service is just the worst. Don't be fooled by cool packaging and a hipster type branding. They are a bad company. All weed burns a tar black and comes dry and brown . save yourself the headache and go to another LP.

They promote 99% of orders processed same day if ordered before 3pm. Not true, my order has been left on the shelf for two days. If you need CBD oil, I suggest you go elsewhere. In the past 3 weeks, it's been in stock once for only a few hours. Dealing with this company causes more stress than it's worth. I suggest you find a more reliable provider.

I actually left a bad review on lift yesterday but I seem to be unable to edit it, so I thought I'd write a better review on google. There have been delays with the postal service this week. My order is late. I called Tweed customer support yesterday afternoon and didn't feel very supported, but I called again today and spoke to someone who was much more helpful. They say they will issue free shipping coupons for anyone who experienced delays. They also updated my buzz code manually over the phone because I was having trouble doing that myself online. I felt supported today. I am back to liking Tweed. The compassionate pricing also helps me out a lot.

This place is too overpriced for the product they are selling.Often outta stock on their most competitive lines, or come drier than dust.Compassionate pricing! Lmao!Seriously? You can support a local drug dealer, his dealer and their families for less than the dispensaries. Keep your dollars in this community. But big business has no interest in us small guys, they knew all along the government was gonna get in on it so the inflated pricing has begun.

I am posting this review for my spouse who has suffered from severe back pain for over 10 years now. She hurt herself working as a social worker in a group home. She has tried everything except surgery to be relieved of pain. We are not marijuana users so we had no idea how to go about getting a "dealer". At 52 we are local business owners, and did not want to go outside of what was lawful. Our doctor would not give us a prescription as he said that the medical marijuana available has not been researched or tested like other pharmaceuticals. But he did agree to give us our medical records. My spouse was very relieved to find the doctor at Tweed helpful and genuinely concerned. She wrote a prescription and in about 5 days received her medical marijuana. She started with Boaty Mc Boatface with only a small amount of THC and higher CBD. She also bought a $200.00 plus vaporizer online which has proven to be kind of useless. It has been two weeks and she is taking the prescription as written. She finds rolling a joint with a special roller the best way for her to consume what she needs. She actually is finding it hard to consume the 2 grams a day. It has improved her sleeping, as back pain kept her awake most nights. One benefit that has vastly improved is anxiety. I notice the difference more than she does. She is calmer, more productive, and not riddle with fear and social anxiety. She is no longer depressed. Not sure if this is the cannabis or the fact her pain is relieved. She is still in pain, and still has to take some Tylenol 1's, but all in all we have seen an improvement in the quality of her day to day living. I am disturbed by some of the reviews left on Google for Tweed Mainstreet. In my opinion It appears as if most of the 1 star bad reviews are by others in the industry making a profit or a living from Marijuana illegally. Their reviews are unfair and untrue. Last time I bought weed was in my 20's and it was $10.00 a gram. It is now 30 years later and we pay $9.00 a gram at Tweed Mainstreet. I think this is a fair price. Most pain medications from a pharmacy are much higher. I am also assured the marijuana we receive is regulated and contains no mold. If Tweed Mainstreet is where you are going to buy weed to just get "stoned" this is the wrong place to go. If you have been a daily user of "good weed" most of your life nothing on this site will probably satisfy you. If however you have a legitimate health issue then I believe Tweed Mainstreet provides a decent product and serves my spouses needs. If this is not for you that is fine, but do not make it harder for those of us who want help and guidance from a doctor and not a dealer. I am sure there are far greater strains out there that are amazingly wonderful, however we do not want the hassle of seeking a private dealer. Selling legal marijuana is new territory for the government and legal growing operations and I am sure over time the product and service will improve. Thank you Tweed Mainstreet you have been a lifesaver. Literally.

I’ve been with many medicinal companies and Tweeds quality , pricing , customer care and overall performance has been outstanding. They have a few select strains that I can’t get enough of but they offer many others that are good too. Tweed - please create a point system . Doesn’t have to be regulated with medicinal products necessarily, it could even be points towards Merch Ps - keep more bakerstreet in stock , it’s too good and sells out fast. Cheers

All around terrible LP. There cannabis is garbage. Pure and simple. Their Moonbeam-Leafs by Snoops was a joke. THC levels that are advertised are not accurate at all. Far , far lower than stated on their site. Product is grown by amateurs which is made clear when you see their finished product. It’s not flushed properly at the end of the growth cycle by the harsh taste and black ash. Their customer support is far below any sort of standard. The pricing is absolutely ridiculously for what they are trying to pass as medicinal cannabis. It’s places such as these that will keep the black market in business. Find some where else to get your dosing needs met.

So far rough start . I'm still waiting for the email because Tweed is taking on more customers then they can supply. I'm seeing more bad reviews then good. Prices are ridiculous considering the quality I've seen reviews on YouTube and its pretty discouraging . I don't like the idea of buying my medication online because I like to smell it squeeze it look at it closely before purchasing .Its weird that methadone clinics some native rezs and a dispensary on every block in Vancouver are thriving while its apparently illegal . I'm sick of checking my emails every half hour to see nothing from tweed and now if I don't order by the 15 Im without medication till the holidays are over thanks to Canadas postal service . If I'm not accepted by the end of the day I will not buy anything from this provider at all .

The Canadian Coca-Cola of ganja. No messing around here. Top brands. Smart management. Compassionate pricing. All good. Btw the Zaius oil is an indica treat that can't be beat. Seriously.Also.. For the record.. TMS does not produce or distribute "garbage". I live in Muskoka. We know good from bad as well as anyone from BC. I have been consuming for over 20 years. If the products aren't working for you.. you are either using them wrong - or are immune to cannabinoids (which I don't think is even a real thing). Sorry for your bad luck.

Great choice when available, however they are having a massive supply issue the last few months. Barley any product at all and choice has been very limited. They had only 3 strains available at one point with ONLY one of them having any THC in it (8 percent). Get your damn act together tweed because snoop dogg and DNA strains wont help you if you have no STOCK.EDIT: Things have improved alot for availability right now. I will be increasing their star rating now.

Horrible experience with this LP. I’ve since switched and I’m upset I didn't know enough about this process or the long list of quality producers out there to do it sooner. The waits for CBD oil restock are unreasonably long - think 5 months. The herb always has an overly dusty and dry quality to it.? Staff are arrogant and aggressive. These people are dealing with patients and are affiliated with the Health sector. Therefore, common sense states - as well as a certain order of things - that their staff should conduct themselves like healthcare professionals. These people are clowns; bottom of the barrel. Avoid this LP. They have global dominion in licensed cannabis production on their mind and satisfactory service to current patients/clients is of least importance on their agenda. To the company representative replying to reviews - skip mine. I’m not interested in your response nor will I read it. My input is solely here to caution others.

A buddy ordered 2 strains from here , one was snoops..Horrible. Just horrible. The smell is there and the taste. But what are they doing with the bud!? Their growers suck!!THC isn't what they say it is. Further more anything under 18% THC is trash. Step up your game!

I bought a three (3) seeds almost paying $67 in the March 2018 and two (2) of the seeds never born. Only one plant is grown up and almost 4months old but no THC in it as my doctor’ prescription’ or no harvest. When I complaint they offered me another (3 )seeds but they took my few months and still I am paying $12 to $14 to buy, so I did not accepted compensation as they offered and later on in lieu they offer me half price return. I am filing a lawsuit at the small claims court shortly if anyone having similar experience with Tweed Inc. please join me or support me. I will update a court file number as soon as I file a claim. Bought “quality” flower from OCS “licensed producers” only to find the flower to be expired. Called the retailer I purchased from and there was no resolution offered.Contacted the “Licensed Producer” and they told me to contact OCS (Ontario Criminal Syndicate) and they told me there was nothing they can do and to contact the Alcohol and Gaming Board of Ontario. Which I am doing now. This place is run by a bunch of non professionals with no sense of people or business skills. Expired flower can lead to health risks and OCS, Tweed and Ganjika House are pushing themselves as “health advocates”.
