Tilray Nanaimo is a producer of medical marijuna in BC that is dedicated to cultivating and delivering the benefits of medical cannabis safely and reliably. Tilray is Health Canada licensed producer that cultivates and sells dried medical cannabis and cannabis oils pursuant to the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR). Tilray believes that their patients deserve only the best service and products, so everything Tilray does is done with their patients well being in mind. All Tilray products are crafted to ensure purity and reliability.   

There are a variety of products available in the online Tilray stores, including a wide range of whole flowers, ground cannabis, drops, and capsules. To gain access to Tilray cannabis, you must possess a valid Medical Document and complete the online registration process. Opting in to the email updates will ensure that you are the first to know when new products hit the Tilray store – there are new strains being added to the list of Tilray products on a regular basis.

Great products never disappointed, the price is a bit high but your also getting what you pay for and that's excellent products! Love the cbd oil it's amazing wish it was a bit stronger though so I don't have to use as much. So worth it!

I've had their product. It is of exceptional quality and no problems whatsoever in the shipping and delivery. Only complaint is the zip lock bags are cumbersome and I wish they used a different kind of packaging.

Unbelievably poor customer service.. OUTRAGEOUS price increases with no warning or reason. Well... there may be a reason but they have never... ever responded to any of my calls or emails.. Guess they are not interested in my business ($800 monthly orders).... What do ya say Nanaimo? How about we BOYCOTT these losers?!

I do not like Tilray at all anymore their customer service has always been poor and now their prices are through the roof! They do not really care at all about their customers and are not really compassionate either they just pretend to be. When I first joined them in the fall of 2015 they increased their prices by 20% than not even 6 months later their prices went up again an additional 80% off of the new base prices. Their prices are ridicules and some strains up to nearly $16 a gram! Anyone can get their medicine on the black market for $6 a gram or produce their own for about 0.50 cents per gram. I've even tried expressing my concerns and reaching out to Tilray VP Philippe Lucas but this guy doesn't care about Tilray customers. All they care about over there is $$$ They got things so backwards there they sell their CBD blends for more than the CBD whole flower. Mettrum has much better Tinchers and they're stronger too, their bottles contain 40ml as opposed to only 25ml; and they're nearly twice as potent for almost the same price! Mettrum is the best for tinchers!! 😀 Furthermore, Tilray blocked me on social media too for coming forward with my complaints and they're doing this to everyone! Boycott Tiliray folks because they do not care about you at all! Or at least check out Mettrum or other LP first before you consider these uncaring jokers Tilray; they're the worst!

Very small selection. Front of webstie lists more strain than actually available which is deciving. Minimum per strain is 5grams but a lot are only available in 15gram boxes which is a risk and investment buying that much of one strain. Customer service is a bit slow to respond. Feel they can only get away with it because they are part of the 'legit' supplier list at natural health services. Disappointing.

They run out really fast and then its a long wait to get more! And WAYY OVER PRICEDD!!! $180-$195 for 15grams it's ridiculous!! Might well buy it on the street for $175-$200 for an oz!! God how do they expect people to afford their meds at those prices !!! I cant wait til i go for my follow up appt so i can sign up with a different suppler!!

I have been a daily smoker for the last 20 years, about three months ago I signed up with Tilray. Firstly their prices are high and I can get similar potency on the street for about half the price. That being said the quality and cleanliness of their products are second to none among Canadian LP's. The only time I can get similar quality is when Im smoking medicinal in California or legal boutique bud in Spokane. Once you have smoked Tilray for awhile smoking street bud or even other LP's is gross... it burns my throat and tastes awful and I have come to the realization that good quality commercial street herb is almost always loaded with fertilizer (not properly flushed) or even worse pesticides and/or moulds. Tilray is hard on my wallet, and yes its ridiculously priced but I cant lie and say their products arent worth the extra cost. Even in comparison to other suppliers friends of mine use like Tweed, Medreleaf, aurora, and emblem. Yes those suppliers are waaaay cheaper but they rarely have the quality of bud Tilray has. Not to mention suspeneded memberships or avialability/ inventory issues. Until its legalized here and boutiques in Canada are able to offer the same quality at competitive prices I will stick with the tastiest cleanest bud I can find which is Tilray. I really hope once its legalized the pricing will change. I bascially tell people who ask "if you want the strains and type of weed you see in High Times Magazine Tilray is the LP for you.

Been there almost 3 months now. Always ships out really fast. Price is acceptable considering product quality is always high. I buy when they have what I want which isn't always but I buy enough every time to get me through until it is. I got a $50 discount on my first order in which I called first to make sure I knew how to apply it properly to my order saving myself any hassle. All around professional. Overall very happy.

Asked when they would have more product in and got smart ass reply.When I queried that reply they have not had anyone get back to me.They have more t-shirts than dried bud.Plus the last stuff I got from them was supposed to be high THC for my nerve pain but it was garbage.I signed because of their products but I did not check to see what was really available.if you have not signed up with them then do not.Today I went to order from what was on the web again and they did not have the Product.Just sold out!So -only 3 dried products.And one of them only available in 15gram bags.Would I ever sign up with them again-NEVER in a million years.Today trying to get my meds AGAIN-product will be available between 3 to 90 days!\What kind of BS is that.And-what is that post further down about the mold in Tilray?How can that be investigated?Tilray must monitor the site-but no response to that.Who can investigate?LOLWas away for a couple days and this message that I could barely hear on my answering service(other messages were fine)and they are offering me a Freaking T-shirt if I spend 125 bucks or something.When I called them back and told them it was insulting to give me a t-shirt when what I want is product.I asked to speak to the president but they would not provide any info and said a Supervisor could call me back,but refused to give me their number.Sick of them.So sick of them.Playing with people in pain.

I'm in tears to discover that Tilray is now a worldwide leader in Cannabis leaving Canadians regularly without product. Tilray's oil was the only thing keeping my joints functioning and now I'm forced to find another licensed producer. They are shipping product to Chili, Croatia, and other places worldwide and not prioritizing the sick Canadians they claim to support. I'm flabbergasted honestly. There is no way of knowing when your medicine will be in stock and now you know why. I'm so incredibly disappointed 🙁

I worked at Tilray and must say it was the worst experience of my life. Imagine plastic and mould being blended into the final product so people will smoke it unawares. They did construction while growing so the list of contams may also include grinding sparks, welding fumes, silica dust, bugs, eggs, plastic from their protective suits, and god knows what else. I repeat they forced us to process mouldy as fu$% product that wasn't even fit to breath let alone smoke!!! They also worked us to the same degree they would a trim machine! How is that not slave labour. If they had left out the termination clause in their contract everyone would sue!I repeat health Canada is in cahoots with Tilray and it's the only reason they weren't shut down. How could they terminate their "salvation" from the black market? Tilray utilizes a long cure period in their vault because everything is so backed up. While in storage the product becomes absolutely infested with powdery mildew and they don't even expect half of it to make it through testing but force workers to trim it and breathe in mould. They are truly sickos with no respect for humanity. Your basic corporate monstrosity. The reason some of you feel Tilray doesn't care is it doesn't. They are poisoning you especially with the milled bottoms that disguise the nasties. I have seen the loose plastic from a container problem over and over but blending it into the mix for the arthritic who can't bust is criminal.

My wife had recently placed an order through tilray we have moved about a month ago and they sent the package correctly the first order after our move but we just placed an order on Monday and they shipped it to my old address for what ever reason and when my wife called to see what was going on she was informed the package is being shipped back to Nanaimo and would be destroyed . The kicker is they are not willing to refund the order or stand by there mistake and laid blame on my wife for not catching there mistake before shipment. I cannot believe a company of this size cannot and refuses to stand by there actions and lay blame on the paitent . You would figure they sent it to the correct address 2 weeks ago they would send it to the same one again . STAY AWAY

Shittiest LP you'll ever have to deal with. Never mind the incompetence experienced through half of my phone calls trying to reach out to their "Customer Service" team only to have been better off without contacting one of them in the first place. Would recommend Aurora 1000 times over after experiencing how awful a LP truly can be firsthand with Tilray.If you like paying $11-13 a gram for subpar marijuana this is the place for you!

I'm my experience worst LP you can choose, orders late on both orders, one had to be shipped back for no reason. Customer service is non existent. I called to figure out what happened, the thing they offered was disciplinary action to their own workers.... That doesn't help the customer at all. Will be changing my LP soon as I can. Buyer beware

So I signed up with tilray and broken coast for my designated LP's.. tilray is good, not great. Selection can be iffy, ive noticed if you find something that you like, you better go ahead and make that order when you can because the stock fluctuates like crazy. The price is not good. You're paying a huge premium for these fancy names which half the time doesn't come in stock, it's on average upwards of 5 bucks a gram more than broken coast for example, and I mean come on, we know you pump this stuff out like crazy so it would be nice to see promotions or deals but that doesn't exist. Also, I realized they no longer give you a 50 dollar credit for your first purchase. This was a reason why I signed to tilray because a friend of mine received a large discount and hats/grinders etc which I was looking forward to getting but did not recieve. They do have great customer service, I'll give em that. Product also ships fast but again it's unfortunate that they now send via Canada Post instead of puralator, so you have to wait an extra day or two for the snail mail to show up. Apart from that, decent company. But if you're not looking to spend a fortune I'd say go someplace else. You can always come back if you change your mind right?

Would be zero. Every time I order. EVERYTIME. There is a significant discount the following day on the same product I just ordered. In the last 3 orders I could have saved over 200$. Does management not understand how frustrating that is as a customer? And once you buy your set amount you cannot buy more the following day. It’s a stupid program that works more like a lottery. I am exploring other providers as I am tired of feeling slapped in the face the next day. When I called and asked why this keep happening, they said it was my fault for not asking about upcoming promotions, how about instead customer service MAKES us aware of promotions coming up in the next few hours.

Don't waste your time, the strains are very weak no crystals or even big buds ever!! They say they offer all kinds of bonuses to renew with them and once you do, they don't follow through. Horrible customer service!!

They are terrible with shipping and will not tell you where your package is. Once it's too late they say it's your fault. People on the phone were raising their voice making me feel stupid for something I was unaware of. Terrible terrible. Buyer beware. Do not trust this place!!!

Shipping is very fast, however I have to go into post office to pick up, which I don't like. The free shipping is a huge bonus. Quality is not the greatest with their houseblends. The last one I bought, had very very little affects. Also, I've heard they give free products, I have not received anything except a. $50 credit when I first signed up, been a patient/customer for a year.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad. I’ve ordered from them twice now, and called customer service once. They are less expensive than all the other retailers (on oils, at least), and I had a great experience with customer service. Their product (oils only, as I don’t smoke) is faster, longer lasting, and and a better value for THC and CBD contents than the other retailer I tried.One last thing, they use coconut oil as the carrier oil. It tastes far better than the oils that have olive oil as the carrier. This one actually tastes good.

Stay away from this company. They screwed me right from the start. I had to call in twice to get my registration in order . The website makes you pick an address rather filling in yourself. I just switched to this company to try something new, bad decision . STAY AWAY from this company. Awful customer service , the reps are rude and don’t care . What kind of business operates like this? My money was taken and I didn’t receive an order . They said it was my fault and didn’t send me anything . I’ve learned my lesson, I accidentally ordered something wrong from medreleaf and they refundedme. Provided professionally service like every company should do. Is this the kind of experience you want for yourself ? Thanks for stealing my money !!

I have been with Tilray for ~14 months now and have had a whirlwind of different experiences. They have their ups and downs like any company but there is one piece of information I wanted to bring to their consumers attention. This was translated through one email a few months ago but after chatting with numerous people I have found this email was missed by most, and I feel this is a transition worthy of more than just a simple email informing patients.Initially one of Tilray's largest sign up benefits was the promise of "Reward points" this was stated as being an annual allotmet being added to your account, based on the amount purchased in the previous 12 month cycle. While this was explained very poorly I later found out it was essentially lump sums of cash discounts provided based on passed different ordering tiers.The idea of a few $100 off of my medicine down the road was the key reason I chose Tilray as this benefit offset the negatives I saw with the company - mainly pricing and shipping options. Sure these were inconvenient but the promise of the future discount made Tilray the optimal choice after many hours of research.Upon calling in today to learn about what I had been credited and take advantage of this I was unpleasantly surprised. The program had been changed DRASTICALLY with the idea of "Rewards points" being transitioned in to a loyalty % based discount. This discount is simply 5% off of orders over $175.Over the phone I was poorly convinced that after listening to hundreds of consumers this transition made the most sense for their clients and was the right way to go. Using very basic business theories it is easy to see how large Tilray has grown the last year and the extreme cost the company would have incurred having truly provided the "Rewards points". Transitioning to 5% off of orders ONLY OVER $175 very quickly eliminates the bulk of clients able to take advantage of the benefit, minimizing Tilrays cost.I believe with the previous program if you ordered only once you would get a minimum of $150 in this annual credit. You would need to spend $3000 to earn this amount back based off the new system. These numbers are based off of my conversation with the call centre attendant today, they probably are not bang on but I hope you can see the point I'm trying to make. The benefit I was promised that led to me signing on with Tilray that should have had a ~$150 value for simply ordering at my own pace for 12 months became a ~$150 value based on me ordering in large quantities and spending $3000 in the process.The cherry on the cake of course is that 15g bags of the majority of the offered products price out to less than $175. This is business and a smart tactic, but again just adds to them trying to pull one over their clients. Finally on my end I prefer to order the 15g pre milled jars, never will one of these surpass $175 and never would somebody using the medication in the way I am be able to take advantage of this promotion.I just wanted to bring this to everyones attention as we are now entering the point where these companies have grown so large customer service is not a priority. My conversation on the phone today left me with the taste in my mouth that I was just one person, my concern was invalid and they knew that one unhappy client wouldn't break their bank. I have been a major advocate of Tilray in the community the last year and personally now feel very guilty over all of my friends and family that I have convinced to sign on with Tilray, over the promises I have now found were not honored.I would have very much appreciated the opportunity to have a conversation with somebody that could better explain the transition to myself in hopes I could believe in their justification. However when I politely asked for this I was assured "There's no need, I'm a supervisor, I can give you to somebody else but they will just say the same thing, I assure you we listen to all of our clients." Thanks for your time Tilray, clearly you don't listen to all of your clients - I just wasn't listened to.

Inconsistent with the products they provide. I am prescribed 1:1 oil by my doctor. I went 3 months without being able to reorder the same product. They haven't brought it back. I've had to switch to to the 1:3 oil and each time I ordered the oil, the amount of THC & CBD was different, there's no consistency. I went to reorder 2 weeks ago and they don't have the 1:3 oil now either. I purchased the 1:25 oil and it made me ill. I called Tilray and they didn't seem to care. Had me take a picture and send it to them. Never heard back from them. I spent $92 on this product and they didn't even offer me a refund or credit. Poor customer service.

If I can give zero stars I would. The customer service is a joke. Placed an order and the container was damaged and smashed. The funny thing is that the Canada Post package was NOT damaged so I don't know it magically didn't get broken unless they sent it like that. Not to mention I ordered 5 grams and I actually used my food scale to double check and lo and behold, it came to EXACTLY 4 grams. I reached out to them and never heard anything back. Stay away if you can, there are other places with similar prices you can buy them. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Made my first purchase last month. THC oil is ineffective (tried up to 3 ml dose w/o any results felt). Skywalker OG ($11.50 per gram) was overdried (crumbled between fingers) and looked NOTHING like the bud on their website. Tried politely to bring this to their attention over three weeks ago, and was told that their "investigation" takes a few days and then told one to three weeks... Phoned them again today and was told that someone may return my call today (just sit and wait by your phone). I filed a real complaint with a real group of people who will take a real look at this-Health Canada.Moral of the story - stay away from the overpriced, ineffective and uncaring people and products that Tilray is peddling.Dennis Caul (posted under wife's gmail account)

Terrible customer service and poor quality product, when it exists. I received a batch full of seeds and was told they couldn’t do anything because no one else had complained. They have been completely out of stock for a week and are unapologetic for the lack of medicine/quality and don’t anticipate additional stock for at least another week (meaning two with shipping time). I’m not sure how this LP is still in business.

Tilray SUCKS! I've been a patient for a little over a year and will be switching suppliers next RX. They cannot keep product in stock. They cannot process any Visa debit. I have not been able to get whole flower for almost 2 months that is worth purchasing. I need high THC content for sleeping and they have had nothing over 18 since May. They have no reason only blame on third party testing. Common now Tilray spend a little money and get better services. I was with Aphria and they always had product and never had these delays. Only reason I switched was for "higher THC" now I get nothing and no sleep!
