Hemisphere Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“HemiPharma”) is Health Canada Licensed Producer in Ontario that is committed to delivering high quality medical cannabis products to authorized patients. Hemisphere Pharmaceuticals Inc. does not currently possess a license to sell medical marijuana in Ontario, but they hope to become federally licensed soon. In the meantime, the HemiPharma medical marijuana growers are focuses on expanding the team and perfecting their cultivation techniques.

Hemisphere Pharmaceuticals Inc. is now a publicly traded company. They currently trade on the TSX under the name “Newstrike Resources Ltd”. The capital gained from venture will allow Hemisphere Pharmaceuticals Inc. to expand their business and product offerings, and to further develop their 14,200-square-foot facility.
