Romulan Cotton Candy is a direct cross between Romulan and Cotton Candy. While it isn’t regarded as a top shelf strain, it does have moderate THC levels of 15%. It is an Indica dominant hybrid with a taste and smell that is a mix of candy, pepper and fruit.
