E-Nail Definition

An E-Nail (or electronic nail) is a relatively new device used for the vaporization of concentrated cannabis referred to as “dabs”. It is essentially a metal box with a port to insert a coil element that heats up to a very high temperature. There is a temperature gauge on the box that allows users to choose the best temperatures to vaporize at. A carb cap is another tool used in the vaporization of plant matter/cannabis and is often used in conjunction with an E-Nail. Benefits of using such technology for cannabis consumption is the vaporization at optimal temperature and easy cleanup while avoiding potential harmful carcinogens that traditional combustion (smoking) methods may expose someone to. However, some disadvantages include the lack of portability and the potential for burning oneself.
