True Compassion Toronto (TCT) was established in 2015 as a not-for-profit compassion club. True Compassion Toronto cannabis dispensary brings a true sense of hope, health and healing to those who are suffering from chronic pain or disability through access to effective and safe forms of medical cannabis strains and products. True Compassion Toronto also aims to educate and support members in the therapeutic use of medical cannabis.
