love there products,but the prices are way to high, for affordable medication.other places in canada are charging 7 to 9 a gram,with free shipping.

Organigram has been labeling their products as "CERTIFIED ORGANIC". Their product is not organic, they had no right to label it that way. After the recall went out for product that was sold throughout the last year, the truth came out. Selling weed to customers and other LPs that contained higher levels of pesticides than allowable on ANY food. They, and the other LPs are the new big pharma. They care more about the millions they're raking in, than the sick people that need clean product.

I am prescribed Medical Mannabis for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder & Organigram is my first dispensary & I plan to stick with it. Now that I am more familar with the products & it's effects on me I am able to find CBD rich products which fits my needs. Wide selection which changes regularly. Products arrive in a timely fashion Although with 24-48 hr wait times for online billing payment to be confirmed I recommend placing order first thing in the week on Monday to avoid waiting the weekend for your order to arrive. I can call a few days ahead of when I am able to place an order to provide a desired product list I gathered from the website & am then given a order # to call back with so that when I am actually ready to place my order I can save time on the phone with figuring out my order which helps with the anxiety part of PTSD. Customer service is helpful on the phone & is also good at getting back to me through email with any concerns and/or clarifications I might have or need. 5 stars. Totally recommend.

Organigram has suffered supply, order management and quality control issues (tainted supply lawsuit). After weeks of phone calls over a prescription with no firm date on filling a prescription, I choose to take my business to a Saskatchewan based company where the order was filled within two days. I prefer to support local business, but they have to do a better job with supply and communication (fulfillment).

Second year filling prescriptions through here. Ive always placed my order at noon same day each month. The only issue ive ever had with the peocess is dealing with canada post.

I am a organigram client have been for over two years, two years and 4 registrations, well really it would be 1 registration and 3 re-registrations and still I am so frustrated with the registration and re-registration process. Not once have I had a good customer experience with organigram, this is enough..Why stay good question, clearly I need to reevaluate but it's a matter of convenience believe me and not on the bases of good service or products. I sent my documents to organigram from the doctors office on February 20th and called again speaking with Nicole this morning February 28th about the status of my re-registration only frustrated me more. Nicole was very quick to say and i quote "We have the process down to just 5 to 7 business days", first, is that suppose to be good considering its seconds to recieve a document and in my years as a client this has never taken just days...but days and days even weeks.Just got off the phone again with organigram hoping that the running around i did again today paid off and we could complete the re-registration NOPE. Rep reads the notes and says Nicole's says send in the document and once its received and processed then your re-registration should not more than 2 days to process...so the document is sitting somewhere and when some organigram representative gets my 2nd completed registration form and clicks the check boxes TADA my organigram re-registration will be complete and some ogranigram representative I'm told will email me. How hard is it, when completing the re-registration form it auto populates cause I've been registered for years already.I know you're successful, I know this is big big business and great things are happening for organigram and congratulations...but please don't ever loose sight of the fact that 1 client at a time like me is part of this success, your entire success prior (oct 17) is built on peoples pain and suffering, processing and ordering and obtaining medicine should not be this hard or stressful, seriously am I the only one that has complained about this?Organigram may be far more beneficial in my portfolio then as my medical supplier.
