Amazing company! Amazing delivery, 2 days always! Very quick.And I have two places I live at in two different provinces.Both places across Canada doesn't matter only 2 days and I have my medication! And the Product is great as well. Their stains have been carefully grown and offer great results.All are very effective, pleasant smell and taste :)Bedrocan/Tweed all the WAY!!

Horrible experience. Jacked their prices 40% for 'new' customers, had a prescription but had to renew it with doctor every 3 months, so Bedrocan determined I was a 'new' customer when I had to renew prescription, even though I was a pre-existing client?? Purchased their milled cannabis one time, never again. Overly dried product, full of stems and stalk. Expected more from a top shelf LP, product was unexceptional. Poor choices, few strains, low THC, only product worthy of purchase was Bedrocan at 24% THC and they discontinued it? Moved on to another LP as soon as my doctor could send off my prescription over to one. Pathetic product and equally pathetic customer service. They won't be in business long if they keep up this business model, too much competition out there. Very disappointed, what could have been great is now only mediocre at best. Sad.

Bedrocan has increased prices to $6.75/gram and you won't get compassionate pricing from them anymore. They discontinued the best strain they had. I hate companies that name their own strains, I'd prefer having common strain names that everyone else in the industry is using. If I know Pink Kush works for me then I should be able to get that from Bedrocan, not their mickey mouse "Bedrolite" or "Bediol" or whatever other trite names they come up with. These people have some serious administrative issues in their office. My account was cancelled for absolutely no reason at all. My prescription was valid, my paperwork was up to date, and then wham, one day I get a letter telling me my prescription was no longer valid. It was a copy of an old prescription they had on file from 1 year prior. Why would that happen out of the blue? They had no good reason or explanation for this. They offered me a $20 credit. Big deal when you've jacked your price nearly $2/gram and I am a medicinal patient on disability. They re-instated my account and tried charging me $6.75 so I had to complain again to be put back at $5/gram because they had said anyone at $5/gram would stay there, the price increase would just be for new customers. LIES. If your prescription expires and you don't see your doctor to submit a new one before the expiry date, they consider you a new customer and jack it up to $6.75. How am I a new customer when I didn't have to create a new account? The same people that run Tweed run Bedrocan. You will get the same bullshit with both companies. I don't have the patience for the nonsense and Bedrocan's strains are subpar at best. It's my emergency weed and I have low expectations. At $5/gram it felt more acceptable. Not so much at nearly $7/gram. When you first sign up with them as your LP they go on and on about wanting you to be happy and satisfied and claim they will help you and ensure you get what you need. In reality they treat you like crap and just want your money. Had the same drama with them and Canada Post shipping and they did nothing about it either except offer me the option of using Purolater for $20 a delivery. What part of "on disability" is hard to understand? Honestly, don't waste your time. The people running Bedrocan and Tweed need a HUGE wake-up call and deserve to be boycotted for how they treat customers who need their help. Hopefully in just a few months we won't have to bother with LP's if the Liberals keep their promise and make marijuana widely available for everyone not just those with a prescription. The entire operation with these doctors writing the scripts that they REFUSE to give you and keep in their office and fax to the LP they suggest just REEKS of kickbacks and unprofessional conduct. Since when does a doctor right a prescription and then inform you of where you will be getting your medication and send the script directly to the pharmacy? By doing this they make it impossible for low-income patients to access compassion clubs, or to register with a different LP when their current one screws them over. If I had my own prescription in my hand, I could sign up with a new LP and not have to pay some secretary in a clinic $15 to send a simple fax! Sound right to you? The LP and the medical clinics are all in on some sort of scam and profiting off of us big time! Shame on you, Bedrocan!

I have had a great experience with Bedrocan. I love their strains, Bedrobinol 17% and Bedrocan 22% are my usual orders and both are Fantastic. Bediol is the CBD strain I use in the mornings and before bed I mix Bediol with the strain Bedica which is a very strong indica. I will be sticking with Bedrocan as my LP! 🙂

I had no problem with bedrocan. But now they are tweed main st. And if you were not a customer of tweed before you are screwed. I have been calling them for over 2 weeks now. First it was our Web page is not up yet. But when it is we will email you.....no email. Now it's oh you need to be reentered into our system. Then we will send an email to you.....no emails and very very long hold times. So far today 49 min. I am going to go back to canvas rx and ask to grow my own if I can not get through to these people. Very very poor organization on their part. If you are joining other companies you need to join the customers too.

Terrible customer service, they do not respond to emails, and you will hang on the phone forever. They lose paperwork and keep making you re-register as a new client when your script expires. Dried herb is of appalling quality over dried and already ground. Never have any suitable oils available. Don't waste your time!

THEY POST YOU CAN ORDER AS OF THE 11TH ITS NOW 17TH iM STILL OUT OF MEDS WORST WEEKEND EVER THANKS FOR 0 SERVICE OR REPLIES BACK VIA EMAIL OR ANSWERING YOUR PHONES BEEN ON HOLD A HOUR STILL NO ANSWER
